Need help with lift!!!!

Hi;

I am building my first 4x4....early 80's Ramcharger. It comes with wheels approx 1.2" in diameter.....but I've bought a set of off-road wheels about 1.75" in diameter. I was wanting to lift the truck for these wheels, but in all honesty I have no real idea of how to do it and have it look good.

Are there aftermarket lift kits, etc....or tutorial or something to guide me throught this a little?
